A new podcast on food, people and planet
My good friend, Mallika Basu, has launched In Good Taste – a new podcast exploring the big ideas shaping what (and how) we eat. Each episode takes a familiar ingredient or everyday ritual and peels back the layers to reveal what it says about the way we live now.
I’m proud to be a founding partner on this project. It’s a little different from my usual work on climate and nature, yet deeply connected: the systems that shape our food shape our planet too.
The first episode features Spencer Hyman of Cocoa Runners on how to savour chocolate, and how better choices can support farmers and forests.
